These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Patina Street website and participation in Patina Street messaging programs.
Patina Street messaging program
Patina Street may send SMS/MMS messages related to operational communications, assigned tasks, reminders, required actions, approvals, account or service notifications, and other communications that a recipient has agreed to receive.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on activity and the communications you have elected to receive. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.
Opt-out
Reply STOP to opt out. After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message. You will no longer receive messages from that messaging program unless you subsequently opt in again.

Consent
Consent to receive SMS/MMS messages is not a condition of purchase. Where consent is requested through a web form, the messaging consent choice is presented separately and is not pre-selected.
Delivery
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes
Patina Street may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will be posted at this URL.
